To Associate Virtual Item Groups to a Change Request

  1. Open the change request you want to add the affected virtual item groups to.
  2. Expand the Affected Virtual Item Groups topic.
  3. Click the Query Virtual Item Group link to search for the relevant virtual item group(s), then drag the virtual item group(s) you want from the search results onto the Affected Virtual Item Groups topic.
  4. Click the Save icon in the action bar.
Tip: Click the Delete icon (X) at the end of a row to remove that virtual item group from the change request.
